  Staffs are not enthusiastic to help customers and they look rude. The ladies in front of the counter never smile at you, but instead stared at you in the way as if the customer owe you something. And they tried to embarrassed me if I forgot something or did something wrong and never tried to help you. This even happens when there are not even that many people in the post office. They just served me, and hope I left as soon as possible. I have never seen them being friendly and helpful once. The best thing to do is to avoid this place. And I won't be suprised at all to see more and more 1 star review of this place.

  Shocking customer service, I never leave with my package the first time, I've got the slip, it has to be there!! The people here so rude and unhelpful, I hate going in there

  That arab man and one of the fat ladi e servicing the customer were extremely rude and grunpy. They never greet customers in an enthusiastic and friendly way.

  Wanted to drop off a parcel that was pre-booked and paid for. Large grumpy man behind counter scanned it, said 'it doesn't work' and just looked at me hoping I'd leave. No advice as to what I should do about posting my parcel or why it's wasn't working. Just staring at me like I was an idiot. When I asked what I should do, He told me to go to the the local library and print everything out?? Please. Turns out it was their system glitch.

  Went to transfer money by Western Union. The bloke did not know how to do it and took it out on me. If you are ethnic, best avoid this place, go to PO at Bankstown centro.
