  Right Choice did a new roof for me about 8 years ago. The first issue I found when I was replacing some light fittings was that half the insulation I had paid to be installed was missing. The batts had about a batt or more spacing between each one!

  I contacted Right Choice a few times - they actually came out and quoted on what they thought was the leak cause, before I ripped the ceiling out. Since then I have sent a photo of their handy work from underneath but they have ignored me. I didn't even get into the cost issue.

  Secondly, I had leaks from my roof since that time but only in strong winds, over the years the leaks eventually ran in all rain. I blamed my adjacent tile roof and spent a lot of money working on it however after my son had to leave the room because of the mould and water I ripped a hole in the roof and found that cuts had been made in the upturn of the roof sheets to help a double bend Right Choice had made. I guess over the years the silicon sealant let go and we ended up with a wet room.
